Dudarnya Restaurant
Knyazhy Ostrov Residence is situated near the cozy Dudarnya arm of Lake Seliger. That’s why we decided to name our restaurant Dudarnya. Our wonderful skilled chefs will prepare for you various Russian dishes. You can also taste porridge made in a real oven, flat cakes and meat from a tandoor!
Meals are made individually.
There are two chefs working for you in the Knyazhy Ostrov Residence. They can cook any dishes you desire.
We use meat and dairy products prodused on our farmstead on the territory of the peninsula.
The first dishes, cereals, pancakes and many other dishes are prepared in a Russian Oven.
If desired, the chefs of the residence will make vegetarian dishes for you.
